Italmatch featured in Europe’s Best Employers 2025 ranking by Financial Times

The recognition ties in with the journey started with Great Place to Work, which has already led to the certification of three company's subsidiaries

We are proud to announce that Italmatch Chemicals has been included in the Financial Times Europe’s Best Employers 2025 ranking. Among the 1.000 companies recognized across Europe, we are one of only 67 Italian companies to be featured in this prestigious list.

The independent survey, conducted by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, is based on more than 4 million anonymous evaluations, assessing recommendations and perceptions of company culture, trust and other key topics like DE&I (Diversity, equity and inclusion).

“We believe that sustainable growth starts with a peoplecentric approach. This recognition by the Financial Times and Statista reaffirms our ongoing strategic focus on promoting a work environment that continuously supports and enhances the well-being of our people: its’ a milestone in our journey, not a destination. It reflects our long-term commitment to creating a dynamic organization where internal audiences are essential and everyone can make an impact to drive changes. We’re excited about the road ahead in developing the full potential of every colleague commented Maurizio Turci (Group General Manager Corporate), Andrea Isaia (Group HR Director) and Giulia Ciarapica (Corporate Communication Officer) who have been working closely together on this project.

This achievement is a strong recognition of our Group’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture where people feel listened, supported and empowered, something we work to strengthen every day across the 14 countries where we operate. It’s a key pillar of our ESG strategy and ties in with the journey we have started with Great Place to Work, which has already led to the certification of three of our subsidiaries.
