Italmatch Chemicals produces Dequest phosphonates in Newport, Wales, United Kingdom on the site at Corporation Road. The assets, technology, trademark, etc. are fully owned by Italmatch Chemicals. Italmatch Chemicals UK Ltd has an Operating Agreement in place with Solutia UK Ltd. Under this agreement Solutia employees produce, test, pack and distribute the Dequest products for Italmatch Chemicals following the Quality Assurance guidelines from Italmatch Chemicals. Italmatch Chemicals provides the raw materials and is the owner of the finished products.
