Building long-term value through sustainability, innovation and responsible business practice
Sustainability continues to be a key driver of Italmatch Chemicals’ strategy, guiding the way the Group operates, innovates and creates value for its stakeholders. With the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, Italmatch shares the progress achieved across its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments.
The report highlights the Group’s ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into its business strategy, focusing on reducing environmental impact, supporting its people and continuously strengthening its governance framework.
In 2025, Italmatch continued to advance its sustainability journey, making further progress on its decarbonization pathway and remaining aligned with its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved climate targets. The Group also reinforced its commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace, confirming its Great Place to Work® certification in China, India and Brazil, achieving this recognition in the United States for the first time, and obtaining the Fair Wage Network Living Wage Certification at a global level.
Italmatch’s ESG commitment has been further recognized through the inclusion in the CDP Climate A List, acknowledging the effectiveness of the Group’s climate strategy, transparency and environmental performance, as well as the confirmation of the EcoVadis Gold Medal.
These achievements reflect Italmatch’s continued commitment to responsible growth, innovation and sustainability in the chemical industry, reinforcing the Group’s ambition to create long-term value for its stakeholders.
