Belgard®

Belgard® range by Italmatch Chemicals Advanced Water Solutions: a product line aimed at preventing fouling and scaling for Thermal Desalination systems. Our products prevent the formation of scaling caused by calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, and magnesium hydroxide in a range of environments and stages of the desalination process. Thanks to its versatility, Belgard® range are effective both during Multistage Flash (MSF) and Multieffect Distillation (MED) operations and are designed to address potential scale formation issues in a wide variety of systems with different designs, heat flux, top brine temperature and seawater chemistry.
