Announcing our new Global Engagement Survey results with Great Place To Work

Following last year’s first-round certification of three affiliates – Brazil, China, and India – we are delighted to share that our affiliate in the United States has now achieved Great Place To Work® certification, further strengthening Italmatch Chemicals Group commitment to a strong, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

We have achieved a global Great Place To Work® Trust index of 67, improving by 3 points and aligning Italmatch with the industry benchmarks. The certification in these four countries currently allows us to cover 50% of the Italmatch population.
