The first step is to become a Register for FREE. Which will allow you to post your profile for FREE, upload up to 4 photos for FREE and send a video to be uploaded for FREE. Once you have seen our site and the many other like minded Italian Singles like yourself, you are free to choose a membership plan to best fits your needs.
ALL of your personal contact information, including your email
address remains completely confidential, until you to email a
match. Only then will the member your e-mail see your e-mail address
when they respond. All other personal information is up to you
to decide to exchange.
Once you register you will be notified by email from the Italmatch system with your Italmatch ACCOUNT # and PASSWORD to be used to log in.
Once you start to browse the results of your search criteria, you will have full access to viewing all the information that person has posted as well as viewing their photo. Only as a paying Italmatch.com member will you have the ability to contact and view the other members’ larger photo.

6. Why am I having trouble logging on?
Please check you are using your correct, ACCOUNT #, and PASSWORD. For security reasons, all passwords are case sensitive. If you are unsure about your information or forgot your information simply click Forgot Account Information? on the home page and we will email your log in information again. 7. How do I post a Photo or Video?
a) Very simple…. you can email photos@italmatch.com with your photos (up to 4 photos per profile) please ensure that that the photos are in JPG, GIF or JPEG format. (PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT #) You may e-mail your video to video@italmatch.com please be sure to zip of the file.
b) You can Mail photos to the following address: (PLEASE BE SURE TO WRITE DOWN YOUR ACCOUTN # ON THE BACK OF THE PHOTO)

8. Are non-subscribers counted as matches?
Yes, non-subscribers are counted as matches. Italmatch.com believes
that finding a high quality match is our most important goal.
Please keep in mind that if these non-members want to communicate
with a match they are required to join the service as members
as well.
9. How do I initiate communication with an Italmatch member?
To communicate with a match, here's what you do: (YOU MUST BE A PAYING MEMBER TO COMMUNICATE TO A MATCH, please see FAQ #4)
a) Log in using your ACCOUNT# and PASSWORD
b) Click Find a Match on the member page
c) Once you find your match you will have the ability to SEND
ME A NOTE – this will take you to an eail format screen to initiate
communications. When you e-mail, please mention your account number.
10. How do I close my account?
Simply e-mail findanitalian@italmatch.com with your ACCOUNT# and PASSWORD.
11. How do I change my match preferences like hair color, email address, what you are looking for? Etc.
You can change your preferences at any time by logging into your account and going to the MEMBERS PAGE and click ITALMATCH SERVICES.
